Henri Azaria P.A.L. Ltd., established in 1969, performs a variety of CNC services including machining, turning, grinding, conventional and computerized milling and more. The company is ISO 9002 certified and manufactures metal parts according to client specifications, specializing in high precision works (up to 0.003 mm).
PML Air Chucks
In 1993 The company purchased a PML line of high precision pneumatic chucks for the metal machining industry, for which it currently provides R&D, worldwide marketing and repair services. The PML chucks are considered, to date, as auxiliary equipment designed
to solve technical gripping problems rather than being an ordinary attachment to a metal working machine. These chucks are most helpful while chucking non-standard and complicated precise work pieces, as well as for second operation of mass production and fine finishing cut-operations. These chucks are suitable for high speed turning, accurate milling, precise grindings, special models for rotary tables, measuring and quality control chucks and many more applications.
Advantages of the PML Air Chucks

together with interchangeability of concerned jaws.

In 1995 the company started manufacturing diaphragm chucks, which are hermetically sealed and have a clamping repeatability of up to 0.0006 mm and RPM up to 15,000.

The company provides comprehensive technical support services, from assistance and consultation prior to purchase to training and repair services.
The company is fully equipped to produce both large and small quantities, including single parts. The finished products are thermally treated, coated or painted according to client specifications. These works are performed by a subcontracting company, licensed by the Standards Institute of Israel and/or the Israeli hi-tec industries
